Welcome

Are you looking for a companion on your journey?

Spiritual direction for clarity, transition, and deeper listening

Spiritual direction is a conversation for anyone sensing something stirring, unsettled, or emerging in their spiritual life.

Does this sound like you?

I feel spiritually stuck, dry, or disconnected

You may feel like prayer is quiet, meaning feels distant, or you’re going through the motions without connection.

Spiritual direction offers space to notice what is still present beneath the silence.

I’m in a transition or season of change

You might be navigating grief, career shifts, identity questions, or a sense that something in your life is ending or emerging.

Spiritual direction helps you listen for meaning in the middle of change.

I want to deepen my spiritual life

You may already have a practice, but want more depth, clarity, or grounded attention in how you relate to God.

Spiritual direction supports sustained attentiveness and discernment over time.

What happens in Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is a simple, ongoing conversation where you slow down and attend to your inner life in the presence of another person trained to listen with care and attention.

In a typical session:

  • You begin wherever you are—no preparation required

  • You may speak, pause, or reflect quietly

  • We listen together for what feels meaningful, confusing, or alive

  • There is no pressure to “perform” or have answers

What it is not:

  • Not therapy or counseling

  • Not advice-giving or problem-solving

  • Not evaluation or correction

First session note:
Your first session is exploratory—we simply meet, talk, and see whether this space feels supportive for you.

I am a trained spiritual director offering sessions in person and online for those seeking space to reflect, listen, and discern their spiritual life more deeply.

How it works

  1. Schedule a free introductory session

  2. We meet and explore what brings you here

  3. If it feels like a good fit, we decide on ongoing sessions

You don’t need to be certain to begin.

If something in your life feels unsettled, quiet, or in transition, this space is for paying attention to it.

Sessions available online, in South Bend, Indiana, and Three Rivers, Michigan.

The journey is yours, but you don't have to walk it alone.
