This first session is simply a chance for us to meet, talk about what brings you here, and explore whether spiritual direction feels supportive for you. You’re welcome to choose either an online or in person session.
Start with a no-commitment conversation and discover what spiritual direction could offer you.
In person sessions can take place in South Bend, Indiana, or Three Rivers, Michigan.
You do not need to prepare anything ahead of time.
