Are you looking for a companion on your journey?
If you are looking for a spiritual director, I encourage you to meet with more than one so you can get a sense of their different styles and personalities. Discern which one you'd like to continue meeting with through prayer and remembering your experience with them.

Three Simple Steps to Start Spiritual Direction:
1.
Schedule a free introductory session.
We’ll set up a time for a conversation of up to 45 minutes — at no cost. This is simply a chance for us to meet, talk, and get a feel for what it might be like to work together.
2.
Decide whether we will go forward together.
As we meet, you can be noticing how you feel about meeting with me as a spiritual director, and I will be noticing if I think I am a good companion for this part of your journey. We may know this by the end of the introductory session but you're welcome to take time afterward to reflect before deciding whether you’d like to go forward together.
3.
Schedule our first session.
If you decide to meet with me as a spiritual director, we will schedule your first session. A session is no more than an hour, and I am available at different times on Tuesday - Saturday. You can schedule this through the online booking system, or make arrangements with me directly. Each time we meet, we will schedule the next month's appointment.
